Open Portfolio and Print Sale was a big success!

http://baylorlariat.com/2011/04/29/6599/

Thank you, Liz Hitchcock, for your article in the Lariat yesterday, we had a big turnout that included many people from across campus and the Waco community. Your articles about the arts at Baylor are a great addition to the Lariat.

Photography students at Baylor University had a big turnout at their Open Portfolio and print sale last night. Students shared their work with classmates and people from the community. I can report that there were many print sales during the evening! Rock bottom prices for excellent work by emerging artists, good refreshments and music made the event lively and fun.

This is an event that the art department hosts on the last day of classes each semester, mark your calendars for December.

Susan Mullally will be talking about "What I Keep" at Collin College May 12

May 12, 6:30 pm I will be talking about my work and recently published book, "What I Keep" Photographs of the New Face of Homelessness and Poverty, at Collin College in Plano, Texas.
